This position is responsible for providing professional and administrative support to the branch staff.    
Must comply with all BSA/AML requirements as well as any mandatory changes. The following job functions are not all-inclusive. The associate will be required to perform other job-related tasks/responsibilities requested by the manager.  Job duties may change as required by needs of company.  Must complete all required industry and compliance training as required by Plaza Home Mortgage.
  1. Receives and directs incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes.
  2. Screens calls, takes messages and refers calls to appropriate associates.
  3. Asserts a professional level of phone etiquette and manners.
  4. Greets all clients, vendors, and other customers in a professional manner.
  5. Multi-tasks and works collectively with associates.
  6. Prepares packages and postage machine distribute mail, including overnight and express packages.
  7. Manages vendor relationships.
  8. Provides assistance in the preparation of special events and onsite meetings.
  9. Coordinates office activities and makes sure they are in compliance with company policies.
  10. Maintains all kitchen and office supplies and places orders when necessary.
  11. Assists with new hire preparation and acclimates new associates to branch staff and environment.
  12. Helps ensure the safety of associates by taking the appropriate measures and following company policies in the event of an emergency. For example, communicating to and leading staff out of the building to the designated safety zone in an evacuation situation.
  13. Other duties as assigned.
